Damien Rossiter

Director (B.Bus, B.Psyc, J.P.(Qual))

Damien or ‘Damo’ as many of the clients call him is the founder of ONGC Systems. After studying at university he commenced his career in the I.T. sector over 20 years ago on the Gold Coast. He works with all clients to ensure a seamless transition from discussion through to implementation and training. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children, exercising with his personal trainer and going boating.

Steve Dawson

Operations Manager (MCP)

Steve has been in I.T. for over 10 years and during this time has been involved in a multitude of different I.T. environments. He has completed Microsoft Training and has obtained his Microsoft Small Business Specialist and Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications as well as a number of vocational certifications in I.T. and Business.

Deniz Uysal

Team Leader | Senior Systems Engineer (MCTS, CCNSP)

Deniz is a long-time member of the team and has gained an age of knowledge both with hands on experience as well as gaining his Microsoft Information Technology Specialists qualification specialising in Microsoft Exchange Technologies.  Deniz has worked in countless different Business Environments and provides a fresh out of the box perspective for our clients.

Serge de Klerk

Team Leader | Senior Systems Engineer (ITIL, MCSA, MCSE, CCEE)

Serge has been working in I.T. since ’99 with a solid background in enterprise environments. With Microsoft and Citrix certifications under his belt, combined with his experience, he is capable of handling any type of new implementation and troubleshooting a wide range of I.T. problems.  Our resident Dutch import has a very strong customer focus and has brought a multitude of valuable skills to our team.

Liam Tootill

Liam leads by example, supporting the team and clients alike in achieving measured results.  He has been involved in many different I.T. environments which have provided him with a vast knowledge base to assist our customers. Outside of work, Liam enjoys BBQing (#breakingBBQ), sports, riding motorbikes and getting out on the water when he can.

Systems in the Corporate Arena. Luke is also one of our Accredited Acer Hardware Repair Agents that service South East Queensland.

Hayden Bell

Hayden is primarily involved with our corporate customer base and provides our clients with an advanced analytical approach which adds significant value to our skillset as an organisation.  He has been in the industry for over 10 years and is continually up-skilling to ensure that he has the most up to date knowledge to be able to formulate the best solutions for a multitude of different business environments.

Sebastien Jasiak

Having recently migrated to Australia from France, Sebastien has joined the ONGC team to complement our ever growing team. Sebastien has worked in various countries including France, Switzerland and Australia providing SME businesses with assistance with migrations, implementations and ongoing support arrangements. He has also had some time dabbling in hospitality in between I.T. jobs, providing him with some exceptional customer service skills. In his spare time, he likes to keep fit (running, surfing, snowboarding, basketball, scuba diving) as well as exploring his adventurous side recently completing his first skydive.

After spending the majority of his Career in South Africa working with a range of small to large scale clients, Eben has come to join the team at ONGC with a focus on developing and delivering On-Premise, Hybrid Cloud, and tailored cloud-based systems.  With an age of knowledge with Office 365 and Azure, Eben’s skillset provides our clients with modern solutions that enable them to remain agile and current.

Jason Carter

Systems Engineer

With more than 15 years’ experience in the I.T. Industry, Jason has spent time rolling out customised software solutions to businesses, developing database applications and supporting and maintaining network infrastructure. He is also a specialist with Hyper-V Virtualisation and Replication as well as deploying Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions for this environment. Over time he has developed SharePoint based applications for both internal and client use, along with planning and configuring monitoring solutions. Jason has a passion for Innovation, Powershell Scripting and deploying systems to allow clients to better streamline their businesses, and integrating their systems with Cloud-based solutions.

Alec Hird

Systems Engineer

Alec has a strong interest in I.T. and enjoys working with computers. Having only recently finished school he has performed a lot of work experience with computers at various ICT companies. He is enthusiastic and enjoys working with customers to find solutions.

Cathy heads up our accounts and finance divisions. She comes from an accounting and administration background. These days when not at work Cathy enjoys spending time with her children and photograph

Shaynee heads up our Administration area and provides each of our customers with the right support options to address their needs. She also aids in running our Acer Warranty Department.  Shaynee has an incredible amount of knowledge which is an extremely valued asset to our team.

Steve came to us after returning to Queensland from 15 years in Tokyo, where he worked in a variety of IT roles and companies in the finance and manufacturing sectors. On weekends, Steve loves to get away from it all by going hiking through the rainforests of the magical Gold Coast hinterland.

Avi Desmond

Avi was studying a Diploma in of Information Technology before moving to ONGC Systems where he is continuing his studies and gaining valuable on the job experience. Working at a computer store, from a young age Avi developed a passion for I.T. Outside of I.T. Avi enjoys going camping and hiking. As one of the youngest team members at ONGC Avi is driven to learn new skills.

Jessica’s focus at ONGC is to co-ordinate our technical team and provide our customers with a consistent communication channel.  Previously having experience in a multitude of customer service focused industries, Jess provides an invaluable skill set that compliments our ever growing team.  In her spare time, Jess enjoys listening to some alternative tunes, spending time with her family and enjoying life to its fullest.
