Australia’s eSuarve supports young people in turning their lives around through job training, mental health services, and mentorship. However, the small organisation was burdened by manual processes and heavy paperwork, limiting the time available for direct youth support.
To address this, eSuarve partnered with ONGC Systems to implement a tailored Power Apps solution that centralises enrolment, case management, and data collection for reporting. Microsoft 365 Copilot was also introduced to streamline grant writing and administrative tasks.
The Power Apps solution reduces enrolment time by eight hours per participant and enables instant report generation for funders. Copilot cuts up to two weeks from grant application timelines. By reducing administrative effort, eSuarve can focus more on helping young people access second chances.
